Welcome to TechSpace. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are essential to ensure transparency, quality service, and mutual understanding between TechSpace and our clients.

1. Free Website Development Offer

TechSpace offers free website development services, but this offer is subject to the following terms:

Domain & Hosting:

Clients must purchase and provide their own domain and hosting. TechSpace does not provide or pay for these services.

Premium Themes & Plugins:

Any premium themes, plugins, or third-party tools required for your site must be purchased separately by the client.

Website Content:

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content including images, text, branding assets, and multimedia files.

Development Timeline:

Typical delivery time ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

Revisions:

The offer includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

2. Post-Development Commitment & Maintenance

Clients who benefit from our free website development must agree to the following:

8-Month Commitment:

The client agrees to continue working with TechSpace for a minimum of 8 months post-launch. During this period, the website will remain under TechSpace’s active management and maintenance.

Monthly Maintenance Fee:

A small, affordable monthly fee will be charged during the 8-month period. This covers regular updates, basic support, backups, and performance optimization.

Ownership:

While the website becomes the property of the client upon completion, full administrative control and transfer will be handed over after the 8-month period ends, provided all agreed payments are made.

Early Termination:

If the client chooses to end the agreement before the 8 months, they may be subject to a buyout fee equal to the remaining maintenance payments.

3. Paid Services:

Our other offerings such as Meta and Google Ads strategy, E-commerce development, UI/UX design, and graphic designing are paid services. A custom quotation will be shared based on project scope.

4. Project Termination

TechSpace reserves the right to cancel or postpone a project if:

• The client fails to provide necessary information or access within 10 days.
• Communication remains inactive for more than 14 days.
• Abusive or unprofessional behavior is displayed.

In such cases, TechSpace may withdraw the free offer without liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the developed website belong to the client after the 8-month term, provided all monthly dues have been paid. TechSpace retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.

6. Liability Disclaimer

TechSpace is not liable for:

• Downtime or third-party service interruptions
• Conflicts from plugins or client-made changes
• Any damage or loss incurred post project delivery without a maintenance plan
